The commitments that already hold

• Your documents are never used to train AI models. Our commercial terms prohibit it.
• Documents and records live in UK and EU data centres.
• AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, on every document and every record.
• Role-based access with a full audit trail: who saw what, who decided what, with the evidence they saw.
• Source documents deleted when the work is done. The record deleted whenever you ask.
• A data processing agreement is part of your terms from sign-up. Independent certification is underway; ask us for the current status.
